    H1 extension from india

    At present im in India working for my company XYZ(which holds my H1) they are paying me in rupees,my visa is valid till oct 2009. Im planning for US again in may 2009, given the economic conditions i may not find out a project in that case i may not submit a paystub, so my question is

    1) Is there any provision to extend H1 visa from India

      H1 can be extended as long as you have time left from the 6 years and you need not be in the US to do that. It will not require paystubs if you are outside the US.
