Hi,

I am on h1 expiring on apr 19, i am applying for extension now, My wife is in india and will have to be there till may but her h4 is also expiring on apr 19.

Can i get my h1 extended and later can i apply for her extension while she is india it self after i get my extension

Pl suggest me the best way.

---- There is no need to apply for H4 extension. Once your H1 is extended she needs to get her H4 visa stamped on her Passport and return to US.
