Lawyer for DOL case

Hello,

I read in this forum that for complaining against any irregularity related to Visa / non payment of wages, harrasement by employer, one can file a DOL complaint using the WH4 form.

Does one need to take a formal help from the attorney for filing a case with the DOL against the employer ?

No attorney needed. Just look at the WH4 form and fill it up with details and send all the docs to prove your claim.
