Worked on L1 Visa while L1 to H1 COS Approved

1.L1 to H1 COS started from Oct1,2008

2.Continued worked till Dec 3,2008 for L1 employer and got paid thru L1 employer till Dec 3, 2008 as my H1 employer told me that until we got project for you can continue with L1 employer without any problem.

3.Finally I got project and Started working for H1 employer from Dec 08, 2008 and till date getting regular salary from H1 employer.

Now My question as I worked for L1 employer from Oct1 to Dec 3 , 2008 , being my status change as COS(L1 to H1). so will this create any problem in future?

Read other threads. What makes you think it will not? It is illegal work as you are not authorized to work for the L1 employer in the period. See an attorney.
