You did not mention the reasons of each denial. If its because of your profile then approval chances are low even for the next transfer.What I need to do now? Please give me any advice as I am in critical position.
If its because of your employer's fault then you need to find a genuine employer and file H1B transfer in PP. However PP does not guarantee an approval. It is all depends upon employee, employer credentials.I am not a lawyer and this is not a legal advice. Use it at your own risk. Consult professionals before getting into an action. -

There is no point in trying to have a H1b processed when you are already out of status as the chances of approval are slim to none.
