No, don't do that. It was illegal from the last year itself.

This year H1b application and approval should be a cakewalk Yes, you can apply for multiple H1Bs from different employers only and not from the same employer. Unless they come up with a new rule again in March/April against it.

No you cannot file any H1B applications for yourself.

Different employers may file petition for you, but they should have legitimate jobs which do not replace Americans.
