H1->H4 visa

Hi,

I got H1 approval notice for my wife last year(2008). She came to US in H4 visa. As she was unable to find a job, we are doing change of status from (h1->h4). Currently it is under process and we are going to india in april. Does she need to go for H4 stamping?

i changed my employer last year and H4 stamping on her visa is also my last employer's company name.

Please advice me the process i need to go through.

If her visa is expired, she needs to get a new one.

Employer's name on visa does not matter.
But if she also got change of status with her H1B petition, she has been out of H1B status since October, which may cause problems.
