H1B filing through two different employers

Hello,

I just finished my Masters degree and have two jobs (not through consultancies).

Can I have both my employers file my H1 application this year?

In case, I get the visa through both.....will I be able to choose from the two later......before I get it stamped?

Possible. I was not aware that so many jobs existed even in this economy.

You can be considerate by making a choice on who do you want to join prior to filing. And let someone else take that 1 H1B that you plan to discard later on.

I hope USCIS comes up with a method that one person cant use more than one quota number even with multiple applications.
