Urgent-need to check the credentials of my Sponsor

Hi All,

I am to file my H1 this year through a Sponspor called GTSS Inc . This is an Organization that SRM Technologies had taken over . Can anyone please help me to know more about this ?

I have infact done verification using those websites , but in vain . If these websites do not give any idea , is it advisable to proceed further with the sponsor?

Avoid them if:

They ask for $$$ towards H1b processing.
Provide a guest house
No bench pay
No direct clients
Want you to sign a contact for a zillion (1-2)years as their slave.

Check flc data center page for their previous H1b approvals.

Need info abt Jeevan Technologies

Thank you for those details .
There is another consultant Jeevan Technologies.
Have any one heard about it ?
They do have good records in FLC Data Center and myvisajobs.
I still would like to hear more from those who already have an experience with them.

hahhaha..i totally agree with you. I just search the firm and found they hired only one employee in TN @120k as a project manager. I find it absurd. It must be the local head who is masked as project manager. you can get very good american manager for less than 120k so what is the need to go through visa hassle. There is something more than the eyes meet.
Secondly, they are paying 60k in MD. People in NJ don't make that much. it means that no pay on bench. if they were paying bench salary then their LCA would be much lower.
