H1 Transfer..Spouse H4 valid till 2011..Is H4 Transfer also required?

Hi,

I am in the process of getting my H1 transfered from company A to B. My wife has a valid H4 VISA and I94 valid till 5/2011. She had used I797 petition from company A for H4. My questions are

1. Do I also need to also apply for my wife's H4 transfer along with my H1?
2. Will she have any problem at port of entry if she happens to travel abroad before 5/2011 with her current VISA stamping and my new and previous I797
