Hi,
I got my H1B stamped last year after Oct 2008 from Company A.
Company A has stated that they are having difficulty finidng projects
due to to economic slowdown and it may take a while before they get
new project. So ultimately my employer wants to terminate h1. He has given me a one month time. I don't have any pay stubs.I am on vacation period now.
My questions Are:
1. what is the best option in this situation? Which visa status I shall transfer. and how much time ,can I get to transfer my H1b or adjust my status to F1 or B1 or visitor visa after they terminate my H1b?
Any help would be appreciated.
