Changing employer will there be any problem

Hi

I am Working recently in ABC company and my employer is XYZ now the ABC Company work is taken over by some offshore company, and the OFFShore comapany is offering me full time position but now problem is that the offshore company is asking a letter from my previous emplyer that they dont have any problem if OFFshore takes me as there emplyee. how can i get letter from my current employer and also what if he will not give me last two months Pay.

I am very stressedout please any suggestiuon would be highly appreciated.

They have to pay you for services performed and even if you were on bench. They cannot withhold any pay.
The best way to change jobs is resign from first job, settle all dues with them and take a letter stating the same and then join the other job.
