Administrative Processing__Strange Case :-(

HI!

I faced interview at chennai consulate for H1B Visa. My case as they said need to go under administrative processing which you can check the status after 10-12 days, After 3 months the status was changed to SEND PPT from PENDING PROCESSING. I was very much relieved and sent the passport through VFS. But after 2 days again the status was changed to Pending Processing, I was very much surprised to see that, but again thought might be after they receive the passport they will keep in PENDING PROCESSING .

Today, I received the passport in a very good envelope back with the PINK SLIP(I cried...again NO!!! huh) in it. I am just wondering is this the special case (If it is then what might have went wrong, any suggestions...)or did anyone here had this same case before...

Yes, they really have nice envelopes

Whats written in the pink slip though?
