Lost my W2

Hi,

After transfering my H1 to some other company, I just moved to new place on project. Meanwhile my Old employer sent my W2 form and the paystubs in a certified mail. As it was unclaimed, it has been returned. Now Post Office people are saying that it has been returned to your employer but they are saying they have not received. What to do? I asked them to send me the copy of W2 but they are saying that they have not taken the copy of W2 form. As I have transfered the H1 to some other company they are not happy with me and so they are creating troubles for me. What should I do?

Send a certified mail requesting a W2 along with your current address. If they don't comply, IRS will make them comply.
