I have got a valid h1 and b1 also from different companies, and i am not going to US because of the economic slowdown,now my present co in india is sending em to US on b1 and my consultant told me that my h1 might get cancel if i tracel on b1 because you cant have two valid visa

Your consultant is wrong. H and B visas are different categories, you are allowed to have both visas. You can travel on B1 without any issues and later use your H1 as you decide.

Are you sure about this? because i have to travel next week and i dont want to take a chance with my h1
