H1 RFE...Please Help

Here's the issue: Employer showed an internal project for the H1 tranfer few months back. Now he says he will NOT show any client contract but continue to show the internal project. Does it make sense? How will that benefit me when I already have a client contract? Please help

Another problem is: my client project is in State A while my employer is in state B. LCA not filed for state A. Will that create an issue? Please advice.

In short, your job does not exist and this is a fraud employer trying to make up a job. I think you are pretty much screwed.
