marrying while GC in process

Hi all,

i have I-140 cleared, waiting for I-485, have EAD. I am marrying a US citizen. Wht would be the impact on my Green Card process? Is it better to file a Green card again through my husband, after marraige ? is it a faster process ?

What's the country of birth? EB Category?

Yes, I think, if possible, it's good idea to file with a US citizen than to wait with the employment based crap, in general. I think you can adjust status once and hence cannot have two I-485s.

Then, consult an attorney as I am sure the I-485 based on Marriage with a USC will be much faster.
