H1 Extension through premium process

Hi All,

I am in tricky situation,do help me out with your valuable advices.

Currently am in US,my visa got expired last year in sep 2008 and my H1 still in active state upto sep 2009.

now I need to go INDIA for my wedding.simulatneously I am planning to get stamped (renewal) of visa in india respect to above H1 dates.

but my question is as of today I have 7 months to get H1 expire do I can apply premium process to H1 extension then I can go to india to get renewal of visa respect to new H1 petion?

so please suggest me and let me know your valuable advices.

H1b extension can only be applied 6 months prior to expiry.
