Help needed urgently for H1B filing of Medical Technologist

My H1B got denied last year because i didn't had visa screen certificate. My company ready to sponsor me this year but would like to know if there is any way to get H1B without visa screen certificate for medical Technologist. I am licensed in New York State.

-- as per my knowledge Visa Screen Certificate / CGFNS is requiered mostly for Nurses , pharmasist, labTechnicians, Medicine related field, doctors or practitioner related fields... so, possible to get it....
