Apply L1 after H1B got rejected

I applied for H1B through a consultant in US in April 2008. I got the rejection notice in February 2009.
My current company in India is planning to apply for L1 visa.
Will there be any problem for this L1 due to the H1 rejection earlier.

Just one more point to add , i have been to US couple of times using B1 visa during 2007-2008.

Please helpe me out on this.

No issues due to H1 rejection. L1 is evaluated on its merit.
