clarification needed regarding H4 visa stamping

Hi,
My marriage is on Apr-30-2009. I have to take my wife with me after marriage from India. As I don't have much leave, I am planning to take her within a week. Is it possible to be done everything within a week? Is it possible to fix an appointment date before marriage?

Possible. You can take the appointment prior to your wedding, attend the day after or two from the wedding (if you can get the marriage certificate by then) for the visa.
