I-797 Validity, currently in india
My I-797 got approved in may-2008 and my H1-B is valid till sep-2010.
Due to the some personal reason I have nt moved in may later on situation in US got very bad and current employer is not suggesting to visit to US.
When i talked to one of the consultant he told me that if I will not be moving to US within time period of 1 year after stamping of the VISA the I need to go for restamping.
IS THAT TRUE ?
