ds156 - question #36 for spouse application

Hello friends:
Kindly help me with this question #36 in ds 156 application for H1 stamping for my spouse. my spouse/wife is transfering from h4 to h1. my i140 petition for green card is approved but i-485 is not filed as the dates are not current. i wrote "yes" on my ds-156 (note - we are going together for h1 stamping interview). but what should i write for my wife. i think, it should be "no" because my i-485 is not filed yet and i think, that is where you add your family members (wife in my case) but i may be wrong.

kindly help me and give me advise at the earliest. thank you.

No is fine. Yes is also fine if her name was on the I140. Would not make a difference.

i am thinking it is better to write yes because when my perm/labor was filed i was already married.
