Consulate interview cap exempt-I94 attached to I797

Hi All,
I have a consulate interview for my cap exempt visa in Delhi consulate. When my employer's attorney applied for H1B (I797) i was in the US. But I went to India for personal reasons before the approval. Now my attorney has sent me the approved I797, but it has the I94 attached to it. Will this create any issues at the consulate, because generally a consulate approval I797 shouldnt have an I94 attached.

No problem, you voided that I-94 by traveling. Explain the situation to the VO if asked for.
