Self sponsored H1 visa

I am on my F1 visa currently and am thinking about self sponsoring my H1B visa based on my own company (which I will be registering shortly).

Has anyone done this before? Are there complications in regard to getting your visa as well as getting your visa stamped when you go back to India?

Any replies/advice is greatly appreciated.

And who gave you the right to register your own company? If you need a H1B to work, you can not do that

Get ready to be deported. You cannot run a company on F1 visa.

-- read more & well understand about F1, H1 visa. on immihelp site under visa section you can read.. if it's not enough documents then search more on GOOGLE..... don't make mistake by registered your own company, you will be sure deported immediately....
