I-797 approval
Hello all,
I just got approval for my O1 petition via email, and I'm waiting for the paper notice. The notice does include my I-94 number -- does that mean I don't have to go out of the country for 'activating' my status as O1 (I'm currently on expired F1, but active OPT)?
Also do I need to reapply for the EAD card, since my current one will expire after I change status?
