Hi,
After new H1b law came into action which restricts the companies using TARP money to hire H1b professionals I’m still trying to understand the impact on existing employees in those companies receiving bailout money. I’m trying to find answers to following questions
1. Can current employees apply for H1B Visa Extension working in banks receiving bailout money? Any chances of rejections.
2. Can the companies hire H1B Workers as contractors instead of Full time Permanent employees, through a consulting firm?
3. What is the impact of this new law while filing for Green card ? Any chances of rejections.
