Need help for H1B stamping

Hi,

I am working as software engineer in a software company in India. my wife is a govt employee. my want to attend h1b visa stamping at chenai along with my wife.

Should I show my wife as govt employee or a house wife when I go for stamping. If I write her as govt. employee, what are the possibles questions on it.

Request for the urgent help it.

Hi,

If ur wife is for H4 visa and if u show her as an Govt employee.
Possible questions which I don't think VO will ask especially for H4 but still I can say as per my opinion :
(a) Is her employer ready to giver her leaves - if she is not resigning from her job
(b) Proof of her employment /proof of leave sanctioned.

If she is resigning then u can show her as Housewife

Rest will be normal H4 questions and as u r primary applicant for H1 , so I think VO will be mainy interested in you to verify ur job,documents etc

You cannot "show her" anyway.
She has to "show" herself. It is her interview and her visa. Secondly, truth is the only acceptable answer. Are you doing something illegal? Why hide the truth then? If caught, she can be forever denied a visa. Even green cards can be revoked.
