Hi,
Can you please help me regarding h1b visa validity.
i have h1b stamped visa its validity is upto 30/06/2010
, got stamping in 2007 November but till now i did not go to usa
bec of recession in us.
2) is there any time limit to go to us within the period i.e 30/06/2010. bec i got visa 18 months back and its validity is for another 15 months.
current employer is telling dont come to us bec there is no jobs there
3) i got an offer from another employer, shall i go with that offer, if i go
with new employer my h1b has to transfer. can i go for h1b transfer without any paystubs?
4) if i come to usa before 3 to 4 months of my visa validity expire date
is there any problem at port of entry
5) can you please give any suggestion when is the right time to come to usa
