L1B to H4- Stamping in two days
I have a valid L1B until November 2009. I worked in US for two years and am now in India. I am going for my H4 stamping (my husband is on H1b and right now in US). I am taking a leave from my work in India. My stamping is in two days. Should I take any proof of my leave with me? Does the US consulate need approval from my company here inorder to cancel my L1B and issue my H4
