L1 -H1B (COS) continued on L1B, pls help

I am currently working in US on L1 visa through Company A.

After reaching US, my L1 visa expired and i applied for my L1 extension (Company A) and I got new I-94 and valid L1 petition till Feb 2010.

However I got H1 petition (along with valid I-94) approval (change of status) valid till August 2011 from another company B.

I could not move to H1 (company B) and I continued to work on L1 (company A).

MY question is : Now I want to go to India for two weeks personal trip next month. Can i go to India and go for stamping on my L1 (company A) petition.
Will there be any problem.

Your status changed to H1 on the H1 approval date. But you have been unlawfully working for your L1 employer since then. You have been out of status and illegally working for a company you are not authorized to work for. Talk to an attorney.
