Coming to US to manage business

Hello,

I am currently permanent resident in US. I am planing on opening a restaurant or motel here. Is it possible for me to file a visa for someone in India to work in my business? If yes which visa?

I also have another relative who would like to come to US. They currently own real estate business in India. Is there way for them to expand business here, or open an office to work here?
