H4 tranfer issue, please advice
hi everyone,
I am on H1 B (my wife on H4,) working with Company A. H1 transfer was filed to Company B and got approved 3 weeks ago. I will be joining company B soon. Do we need to apply for H4 transfer for my spouse also to company B as I got my H1B transfered to company B right now she is on H4 of company A . Well,There is no H1 b extension involved in this scenario as its my first year on H1B.So do i need to trsnfer the H4 or is it not necessary.please advice. THankyou so much !!!
