Hi,
Is there anybody who has heard of any recent H1- B rejections in US consulate in India? I am a direct employee of a reputed American company for 1 year(who has not received any bail-out money!) and who got my visa transfered. I am planning to visit India in May. I need to get my H1-B stamped at that time. With the recent H1-B limitations, I was wondering if it is a good idea to risk going out of the country and try for H1B stamping. Are there any fresh chances of rejection provided I make sure all my documentation is correct?
