I am going for dependent visa stamping along with my spouse.I would like to know whether we have to pay for two applications or can we go on one application?

--- I am not understand it.. 2 application means? if you are alone going apply for H4 then you are 1applicant..
ex. you 1applicant, childs 2nd, 3rd numbers of childs is numbers of applicant/s...

2 persons = 2 x fees.
