Need Help on H1B & EID

I came to US in 2001 on H1B on I applied for Labour in 2005 in Non_Perm labour is approved on 2007 after completing my six years on H1B I applied for 7th year extension on h1b due to i-140 is not approved, after filing 7th year h1b my I140 approved now again I applied H1B for 3 years extension
it got denied Once got the eid I have not worked on eid worked with H1b and and got renewed EID for another 2 years

My concern is do I should go for H1B and request INS why my H1b is denied or It is better to stay in EID

Pl post your valuable comments ASAP

You can continue work on EAD and appeal the H1b if it was denied erroneously.
