hai,
I am Madhavi.I came to US on march 10 2008 on h4 visa and i applied for
h1 and i got my h1 on oct 2008. I have my h4 till 2010. I did not find a job till now but now i am planning to go to India. Now if i go to India i cannot go for visa as i dont have any pay stubs. But if i go to India and come back to US on my h4, will my h1 still be valid. I mean my status changes to h4 but i have my h1 valid till 3 years from now, so if i find a job after coming back from India then can i change my status to h1 again or will i have to apply for h1 again (i.e; going through lottery system and all that process again).
Pls answer my question.Based upon ur answer i can go to India.
