H1B extn got RFE---what if my employer does not respond...I have EAD

My H1B 7th year extension applied...got RFE. I have EAD...I485 applied in 2007 June.

What is my status if my employer can not/does not respond to RFE...

Please advise.

Parolee if you have a 485 pending.
