Hello Sir,
I am with company A with more than 30 months. Now I don't have job (Client) and now company A sent me Termination email on 30th March that We are going to Terminate your employment from 31st March(that is today) .
Question:- What Can I do to live my H1B with Same company or Can I transfer my H1B to some other Company? (No one is ready to Transfer H1B) if don't have the job. Can I come back with the same company in Future (After 2-3 Years).
I got My I140 Approved. I have the copy of that but still in online I can't see status Approved still it is showing "Case received and Pending". If I can leave this Company A does it affact my GC process?
Any Response would be greatly appreciated.
