Help regarding H1 filiing

Hi,

I have recently graduated from my masters program and have been attending many interviews and the whole problem is with H1 i am being shortlisted till the final call and later knowing that they need to sponsor the companies are not hiring me.Is there any way that i could convince them to file my H1 or hire me s i have a 17 month extension option.I hope i am clear on this.

You just have to explain to the hiring manager about the process of OPT that does not need a sponsorship.

However, companies might be reluctant to hire someone knowing that they will leave in 1-2 years after getting trained at the cost of the company. It is a catch 22.
