L1 extension and H1B withdrawn

Hello,

I filed H1B and it's withdrawn by employer a month ago and the employer got a confirmation from the USCIS that the H1 withdrawal acknowledgement sent.

I've to file for L1 extension. In the document that I received, there is column that says 'Has another employer filed H1/L1 on your behalf ?', is it necessary to mention about my H1.

If I do not mention, will there be any issues.

I believe H1 and L1 are two separate petitions of two different emplpyers so It's not necessary to say 'yes'.
Please let me know.

This probably is a law firm/employer question rather than USCIS question to ensure that the last action rule etc are in compliance.
