My company is not Paying Bench Salary

HI,

I have been on bench from Nov2009, [almost 4 months]. I am on H1B visa, ever since my last project had over, I haven't received any new project.
I have provided an application letter for these last four months as it had been asked by my consulting company.

My consulting company is not providing me bench salary for this period. How I can get my salary.
