Hi,
I have attended H1-B Visa interview and i have received 221g.It has been 2 months since i put my documents in the drop box and 3 months since i have come to India.Now i wish to return back on H4 Visa and hence i would like to know the process of withdrwing my application.
1.When i email the consulate of my decision to withdraw my H1-B application should i mention the reason to do so ?
2.Can i mention that i wish to return on a different Visa(H4).
3.Can i ask the consulate to cancel my H1-B Visa petition.
If somebody has faced a similiar situation or knows somebody with a similiar problem please let me know your valuable feedbacks.
