Immigration Questions in I-539

There are the following two immigration related questions in I-539 which needs to be filed for my H4 extension along with my husband's H1B extension. His I-140 has been approved, however we have not filed I-485 yet as our PD is not current. I know there is a section (part-7) in I-140 filed for my husband, where my name was included as dependant. That's why I want to know the correct answers to the following questions.

1) Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

2) Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

No and No, cos just having the name on I140 doesn't provide you any immigrant benefit unless a derivative 485 is filed.
