H1B Transfer - RFE - Response Time Frame?

Hello,

I have applied for a H1B transfer from CompanyA to CompanyB and i got an RFE on April2nd,2009(This is about the company details and its locations).

I would like to know what is the time frame(In how many days) in which CompanyB should respond for the RFE. My company attorney has still not responded for the RFE.

It would be great if any one of you could provide me any info.

This is the response i got for my case in USCIS Site:

This case will be in suspense until we receive the evidence or the opportunity to submit it expires. Once we receive the requested evidence or information and make a decision on the case.

Depends on the date on the notice. Usually it is 30 days.

The date of notice was 04/02/2009 (April2nd,2009)
I will ask the company people about it again as i have started working for it.
