H1 transfer while changing status from H4 to H1

Please help me sending answer for my query.

Currently my spouse is on H4, we just changed status from H1 to H4 since she lost her job.

I know it is possible to again change status from H4 to H1 whenever we want to.

But I want to know is it possible to transfer H1 while changing the status of visa from H4 to H1 ?

Yes, when the transferring employer files the petition, there is option on that petition to apply for change of status. Separate COS application is not required.
