Hi,
I am on H1 Visa and I have my family's H4 stamped last year, But they are coming to the US for the 1st time in the next month. I recently changed my job and my petition is under process. Will this be a problem for my family at the POE? I am anxious becasue their visa is having my previous employer's name.
Apart from their passport and visa they will be carrying a copy of my previous approved petition and the new petition receipt. Please let me know if they need to carry anything else.
