H1B Extension with step-up role

+ I was an IT developer (hands-on technical role) when my H1B was filed & approved 6 years back.
+ When my H1B was extended 3 years back, I was a team leader leading a project and doing design etc but not hands-on coding any more.
+ Now, I will have to apply for another extension after few months based on my GC processing status and my role now is purely managerial. I do not do coding or design any more. I manage multiple projects and 15 people directly report to me.
+ I am with the same company and industry (IT) all through out these years; never had any change in employer.
+ I had a promotion since my initial H1B 6 years back, hence these step-ups in role.

My questions are:
1. When I apply for extension, can there be any query from USCIS purely because of the step-ups in role?
2. How should I describe my current roles, responsibilites in resume (to be sumbmitted with extension petition)? Should it be managerial roles and not write anything about coding or design?
3. In this respect, would it matter in which EB category my GC was filed?
