Hi All,
My new employer filed for my H1B transfer - premuim processing. It has been more than a week since they filed for the transfer. I believe INS should make a decision within 15 days
My question is -
1. Will my employer come to know of the decision in 15 days or can there be any delay in my employer coming to know if the transfer has been aprroved.
2. How long does it normally take to get the receipt number. How does it work - does INS email the receipt number to my employer or does it mail the receipt number
I appreciate any input on this.
