Help regarding Visa transfer!!!

Hi all,
My question is regarding H4 visa status.My husband has H1 visa from a hospital in NJ,but recently got a new job in a hospital in Iowa,so in the process of getting his H1 transferred through the new hospital.My question now is,should I too get my H4 visa transferred or this being H4,just leave it as it is??
Please help me solve my dilemma!!!!!

There is no such thing as H4 visa transfer, your status is linked to your spouse. You can stay as long as your I-94 validity and extend that whenever required.
